This section has been created to talk about anything and everything... within limits! Of course, there are rules to follow to ensure a great and relaxing atmosphere. Here they are:
Be polite and considerate: We're all here to share a story. Of course, anyone being insulting will be banned automatically (and your post deleted) as we do not tolerate abuse.
Do not spam or double post: any spam messages will be automatically deleted and your account banned if this happens more than once. Please be patient: do not comment after your initial post, asking when you'll be answered: users in this community (apart from the admins) are volunteers and are only helping from the kindness of their hearts.
Do not post anything pornographic, sexist, racist, anti-semitic, homophobic, anti-LGBTQ+ or any radical thoughts whether political or religious: you will be automatically banned and your post deleted.
Do not pressure or threaten users/admins into answering you: it's part of being kind and considerate. If this happens more than once, you will be banned automatically.
Do not post any personal information: do not post your own phone number, order number, tracking number, address, bank details, financial or medical information, customer service agent/staff/manager name and contact details, photos and videos that may threaten you or anyone's privacy. If this appears once, your post will be deleted to protect you and/or that person's privacy and a private message will be sent to you. If this happens more than once, your account will be banned.
