How do I register? To register to the Customer Service Action Community, simply click on the "register" button, top right corner of the main page, and follow the instructions. You shall then receive a confirmation email asking you to click on a link to verify your email. This is a perfectly normal procedure to make sure you're not a robot. Once this is done, you'll be part of our community!
Who can be part of the community? You must be 18+ to be part of the Customer Service Action Community.
Where can I find the rules? Our rules can be found here.
Do I need to live in the UK? Preferably, yes. Customer Service Action is a UK-based independent company and thus we only deal with national and international companies based in the UK. However, maybe you used to live in the UK, and don't anymore, yet you have a vast understanding of how the legal system works, for instance. In this case, you are more than welcome to join!
What is the role of a Customer Service Action Admin? Our role is to make sure the forum works in the best of way and that the atmosphere within the community remains as healthy as possible. We're also here to help if you need anything so feel free to contact us at anytimes - within reasonable boundaries.
Do the admins moderate our posts? We do. We make sure that no personal information have been divulged as well as moderate any posts we deem inappropriate. See our rules for more information.
How long does it take for admins to answer my requests? If you have a request specific to our Customer Service Action Community Admins, we promise to look after it as soon as we possibly can.
How long does it take for a community member to answer my post? Of course, all users are volunteers, so we cannot determine how long this will take them to answer your questions. They key is to just be patient 🙂
If my post/comment has been deleted or if I've been banned, will you notify me? Yes. We always notify our users by private message so as to explain the reason for delletion and/or ban.
My post has been deleted and I don't think it's fair! We believe our rules are more than fair when it comes to deleting posts or comments from our users. Again, our goal is to offer a safe environment for you all to share your thoughts and problems.
I have been banned and I don't think it's fair! Again, we motivate our decision by private message and it is one we are not taking lightly. See our set of rules for that.
I think a user is behaving abusively. How do I do to report it? Simply contact the admins with as much details as possible and we will look into that.
